National Nutrition Month Cooking Demonstrations

Mary Vance, Associate Publisher of the Ecology Center's Terrain magazine, will be presenting a cooking demonstration using healthy seasonal fare. Mary is currently studying holistic health and nutrition in Bauman College's Nutritional Educator and Consultant program.
