3236 de Forest Rd. in Marina (Carmel area);
$35/csa & slow food members, $40/general public
This is a Slow Food Carmel dinner that's a benefit for a tiny local farm called Everett Family Farm. "This will be a dinner with the presence of several farmer friends who just got back from the Terra Madre conference in Italy. In honor of Terra Madre, we will do a "melting pot" dinner, with the three main courses representing the countries that brought the three biggest delegations to the conference: Italy, USA and Brazil. Appetizers will feature a bit of Africa and Asia."
